| Me holding a baby kangaroo! For the next part of our Sunday Expedition we went to the Kangaroo Creek Farm in Winfield, BC. It's a privately owned farm that breeds and houses kangaroos (wallaroos specifically), wallabies, emus, capybaras, peacocks, fancy chickens, goats, parrots, and pot bellied pigs. In the picture above you can see me holding a kangaroo joey. He was all nestled in his blanket pouch and then he fell asleep in my arms! |

| Terrifying emus that attacked us! |
The pack of emus pictured above were absolutely vicious! They were caged in their enclosure, but the minute you got even remotely close to the fence, they sped towards you and started trying to attack you through the holes in the fence! I never imagined that they would be so terrible!
Though all in all it was a good trip.
