Home For Christmas: Part 2

Sunset along the way.

For Christmas Eve, we went down to Issaquah to visit my dad's brother's family. This year, my aunt decided to cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for Christmas! Since we didn't really celebrate Thanksgiving this year, we figured that it would be nice to have that style of dinner before the year was through. She cooked a turkey from scratch, as well as multiple side dishes to go along with it. We provided some yams that were cooked by my youngest brother!
Mum and Dad ready for the Christmas party.
Whiskey and a comfy window seat.

After dinner we went upstairs to the living room, and my mum and I settled in to the window seat. After handing out all of the Christmas presents, my uncle brought out some expensive whiskey for us all to try. I'm not a big fan of whiskey so I was apprehensive of trying it, but after having some...on a scale of normal whiskey (disgusting) to not bad (wouldn't spit it out), I rank it a 'not bad'.

After visiting for a couple hours, we decided to head home so that we would be able to get some sleep in before we were inevitably woken up early on Christmas morning!
